The event is played according to the FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Tournament Rules – alcohol & mobiles are strictly forbidden.
The tournament director reserves the right to refuse players or to rate unrated players.
Players who don’t arrive at the board within 30 minutes after the scheduled start lose unless the tournament director or chief arbiter decides otherwise.
